Description
I’ll never forgot the first time my mom saw my husband’s feet without socks and shoes. She told him his feet were not suppose to look like that and that needed to put some lotion on them. LOLĀ So funny! I’d been telling him that for a while but there was no way he was putting lotion on anything. He does now, but not then for sure.
Let’s face it, our feet work hard and usually suffer for it. Our spouses can probably testify to that. And a little pampering now and then sure would feel nice. Well, that’s what this product is all about. It can be used as a scrub, or soak. Either way it will give your feet some much needed moisturizing and skin loving minerals. Used as a scrub, it will gently polish away those thick calluses, cracks, and dry flaky skin.
The ingredients are pretty simple. Finely ground Epsom salts, organic fractionated coconut oil, organic peppermint essential oil, and organic lavender essential oil.
To use as a scrub, apply about a 1/2 teaspoon to the bottom and side of each foot, rubbing it in as you go. Then rinse and pat dry. To use as a soak, add 1 teaspoon to a large bowl of warm water, grab a small towel, and kick back with your feet soaking. Remove when desired and pat dry.
Either method of use will make your feet feel nice and over time will have a dramatic effect of the condition of them.
An important side note: Did you know that an average of 90% of adults are deficient in magnesium? This can have dire consequences on our heart health, mental health, and blood pressure. A weekly or bi-weekly use of this product can easily restore the level of magnesium in your body to where it should be for maximum health benefits.

Cannot say enough about this foot soak. I’m a bit lazy so I haven’t used it as a scrub. Just soak my feet in it with very warm water. It smells amazing and makes my feet so so soft. I can hardly wait until sandal weather gets here to show off my pretty feet. LOL
